The fridge freezer of the future is expected to come with a touch screen which, when individual ingredients are scanned across, it suggests a recipe, while it will also let you know what food you’re running low on and allow you to make video calls to anyone in the world and write shopping lists.

Aside from smart fridge freezers, a futuristic kitchen may contain smart kitchen utensils that can tell you if you’re cooking something wrong or how hot or cold a drink, sauce or soup is. It may also involve the use of wireless electricity, which is currently being developed.
While many of these ideas are either still in the development stage, modern kitchen appliances are still pretty sophisticated. They can do things that, even five years ago, would be unthinkable. They can make everyday household tasks a breeze and help to save time, money and effort. Without those appliances, can you imagine being able to find the time to do tasks like washing clothes, let alone find the time?
