Having my back aches again…been sitting for hours in front the computer..and when I got home, I’ll be at the computer for an hour or two playing Mafia Wars..hehehe!
I once had this pain, when I was breastfeeding Hendrix and he always wants to be carried. Checked with an ortho..they said nothing was wrong..just need to sit with proper posture..which I always forgot..hehehe
really…hurts..gotta stretch now..ciao!
Oh the ill effects of sitting at a computer for hours on your back! Ouch
